Sullivans Cove is made in the Tasmanian Distillery and is producing a single malt whisky in a Scotch style. This bottling has been matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and uses water pulled from the surrounding rainforest.
 
It was distilled in June of 2000 and bottled in October of 2017, making it a whopping seventeen years old. This 200L American Oak ex-bourbon cask produced only 244 bottles. A prime example of our most awarded style, this is also one of the oldest whiskies we’ve ever released and a rare opportunity to try an Australian whisky of this age.
