A sought-after bottle of Chichibu single malt whisky matured in quarter casks, which are much smaller than your standard cask. Interestingly, the name "Chibidaru" means "cute casks" in Japanese!

Ichiro's Malt Chichibu "Chibidaru" Single Malt Japanese Whisky 700mL
Volume: 700mL
ABV: 53.5%
Aroma: Bursting with heady aromas of lemon and orange peel – like walking through a citrus grove in early autumn – with fresh green apples, enriched by sweet milk chocolate notes. Beguiling.
Palate: Fruitiness, with lip-smacking green-apple notes combined with perfumed apricots and peaches. There’s some bitter-orange marmalade in there, along with an earthy spiciness of cardamom and coriander seed.
Finish: Very clean and refreshing as the fruit gently fades.
